Job Descriptions

•Responsible for all recruiting process •Inform job applicants of details e.g. duties and responsibilities, compensation benefits, working conditions and promotions opportunities •Explain human resources policies and procedures •Participate and assist in recruiting events and sourcing activities •Responsible for designing recruitment’s media such as poster, leaflet, ads and etc. •Maintains information in the Applicant Tracking and other Human Resource Systems. •Interacts with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful on-boarding experience. •Responsible for posting and removing jobs via public website and corporate website. •Interacts with various levels of candidates, human resources and hiring managers to schedule interviews.

Qualifications

Age between 23-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or any related fields
At least 1-2 years experience in Recruitment field and new graduate are also welcome
Able to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously
Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task
Be able to handle with pressure and time constraint
Be able to build network and interact with people
Good personality and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
