Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลพื้นที่ส่วนกลางในด้านความสะอาด ความปลอดภัย งานจราจร บุคคลภายนอกและความเรียบร้อยทั่วไปทั้งพื้นที่โดยตรวจสอบผ่าน CCTV Monitor 2.ดูแลสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งผิดปกติในพื้นที่ 3.การดำเนินงานและติดต่อ ในการรับเรื่องร้องขอจากลูกค้าและพนักงาน 4.ปฎิบัติตามแผนการรักษาความปลอดภัย การรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในอาคารให้มีประสิทธิภาพควบคุมการเข้าออกอาคาร 5.การจัดการภาวะวิกฤต การระงับอัคคีภัย การดูแลฝูงชน การป้องกันและรับมือการโจรกรรม ลักขโมย ก่อวินาศกรรม การป้องกันและรับมือภัยพับติต่างๆรวมทั้งการดูแลระบบปฎิบัติตามแผนฉุกเฉิน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
  2. เพศชาย
  3. อายุ 25-35 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยการตรวจสอบอาคาร อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารด้านการพูดและการเขียน ทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ ในระดับต้น
  6. มีความสุภาพ ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา และมีความรับผิดชอบ
  7. มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา (Problem Solving)
  8. การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น มีความกะตือรือร้น (Teamwork)
  9. สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และ สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
  10. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปไนระดับดี เช่น MS Office
