Job Descriptions

1.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a robust QMS compliant with IATF 16949 and ISO9001 standards. 2. Maintain accurate documentation of quality procedures, work instructions, and records to demonstrate compliance with IATF 16949 requirements. 3.Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement. 4.Assist in evaluating and monitoring suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements specified in IATF 16949. 5.Provide training and support to employees to enhance their understanding of quality standards and promote a culture of quality excellence. 6.Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis, audit findings, customer feedback, and industry best practices. 7.Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to quality management systems and participate in customer audits as needed. 8.Stay abreast of updates to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance and proactive adaptation to changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements and automotive industry standards.
Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in conducting internal audits and leading quality improvement projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications related to quality management (Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred.
Knowledge of statistical tools and methodologies for quality analysis and problem-solving.
