Job Descriptions
1.Supervising the manufacturing processes. 2.Ensuring quality of products and process are met or exceed the standard. 3.Liaising with others to develop plans that improve production, costs, delivery, and safety. 4.Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations. 5.Activity follow up KAIZEN, IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO 14001,FMEA ,Control plan,APQP. 6.Establishing 5S.and safety procedures that take the workers. 7.Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers. 8.Identifying, documenting, and reporting production practices e.g., WIP, tooling status, Products yield etc. 9.Other jobs assigned by manager.
Qualifications
  1. Male & Female
  2. Age between 25-32 years old .
  3. Degree in Engineering or related field.
  4. Minimum 3 years of experience in Production as Supervisor level.
  5. Able to work in shift pattern and work under pressure condition.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management.
  7. Have knowledge or experience in continuous improvement tools and methodologies e.g. KAIZEN, Lean and Six Sigma.
  8. Good Relationship, Good attitude and Good mind set and able to build the good team.
  9. Able to use the Microsoft Office. Power point / Excel / Word and presentation skill.
  10. Able to communicate in English.
