Job Descriptions
1. การควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต 2. การควบคุม การให้ความรู้ การพัฒนา และการดูแลพนักงานในสายผลิต 3. การแก้ไขปัญหา การพัฒนา การกำหนดแนวทาง และการป้องกันในกระบวนการผลิต 4. การจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ และการนำเสนองานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา และผู้บริหาร 5. การควบคุม และการปรับปรุงแผนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย - หญิง อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมเทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการบริหารจัดการกระบวนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีทักษะในการนำเสนองาน การแก้ไขปัญหา และการควบคุมการผลิต
  6. มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีภาวะผู้นำ มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ขยัน อดทน
  7. สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้
  8. มีความกระตือรือร้น สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
