Job Descriptions- Required to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectation
- Assure food safety through the implementation and monitoring of plant programs
- Actively leads and/or participates in all internal, regulatory and GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000 audit activities, including but not limited to GMP, Recall & Traceability, and Safety.
- Reviews and maintains up-to-date documentation for all company manual quality programs to include policies, procedures, forms, work instructions, and programs.
- Annually verifies all HACCP plans or when required due to project changes.
- Ensure all products manufactured meet product meets specifications.
- Strictly adheres to all company and plant policies concerning safety, GMP’s, rules and procedures.
- Assist, analyze and communicate quality issues, including consumer complaints, and initiate applicable corrective measures
- Assist all plant departments with the coordination and preparation of audit information and communicate areas of potential non-compliance
- Review all third party, customer, and internal audit standards to ensure compliance.
