Job Descriptions
- Searching and sourcing potential candidates via various search databases - Interview for potential candidates - Created resumes for candidates according to their profiles and worked experiences. - Negotiate terms and issues upon job and offers with potential candidates and client's contact - Discuss with clients about their job qualifications - Achieving monthly sales targets by driving sales and KPI activities
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in any field
  2. Male or Female
  3. Experience for 1-2 years.
  4. Fair command in English
  5. Understand business processes with systematic thinking and have valid logics
  6. Can work with team or under pressure
  7. Good personality, Basic negotiation skills , Effective communication skills
