Job details As the head of the development department, you will be responsible for team management and project management until mass production.We are looking for candidate who can take over the entire factory in the future, including customer support. Development of automobile interior parts (resin molded parts) Staff management, communication with the Japanese head office technology development department, various coordination tasks such as communication with customer and suppliers. For sales projects, you will be responsible for meeting with internal development team to design the project, making design proposals to customers, managing project progress such as material procurement, prototyping, and delivery, and the process up to mass production. Project schedule management, procurement and management of materials such as molds, trial, delivery, and mass production. People we are looking for: Adaptability (ability to respond to changing circumstances) Continuance (ability to continue doing something) Positivity (ability to always think positively) Academic background University graduate or above. Preference will be given to those with science and engineering backgrounds/those who can understand the manufacturing process from drawings. Required qualifications Preference will be given to those who can speak English Because I work at an overseas base, I use English in emails, phone calls, and conversations. Working hours/days of the week: Salary Base : 50,000 THB ~ 55,000 THB Position allowance : 7,000 THB ~ 8,500 THB Accommodation allowance : 50,000 THB ~ 65,000 THB Special allowance : 0 THB ~ 60,000 THB Basic salary and position allowances will be determined based on the candidate's experience, previous salary, and internal balance. As this is a management position, there is no overtime pay. Overseas basic salary, overseas position allowance, and housing allowance will be paid in local currency.

Male
No any age
Preferably can communicate in English well
Japanese only
Have experience of plastic injection machine at least 5 years
Have knowledge how to repair mold ,how to solve mold problem very well.
