Job Descriptions
What’s the overall purpose of the job?
•Drive, deliver and exceed pre-determined membership sales targets.
•Acknowledge and provide support to all potential members, current members and guests.
•Promote and arrange the appropriate program based on individual member requirements.
•Support Sales Manager to drive and manage the relationship consultants team in club to reach monthly, quarterly, and annually club sales budget
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 months experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in delivering impeccable customer service and responding to feedback and complaints
- Excellent communication (in- person)
- Ability to work to KPI's and achieve and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of health and fitness industry desirable
