Job Descriptions
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Monitor, assist, and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain and administer systems, including system updates, virus checks, and data backups.
- Analyze and resolve issues to implement improvements and quick solutions.
- Update knowledge and technical skills in technology trends and industry developments to enhance expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Have knowledge in IT hardware and software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills English (must).
- Service minded and growth mindset
- New graduates are welcome.
