- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications. - Monitor, assist, and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues. - Maintain and administer systems, including system updates, virus checks, and data backups. - Analyze and resolve issues to implement improvements and quick solutions. - Update knowledge and technical skills in technology trends and industry developments to enhance expertise.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  2. Have at least 1 year experience.
  3. Strong technical skill in hardware and software management.
  4. Have knowledge in network would be an advantage.
  5. Service minded and growth mindset.
  6. Analytical thinking, effective communication skills with interpersonal and problem-solving skill.
  7. Good communication in English.
