Overview Established in 1967, Thairung Union Car PCL is a Thai-owned veteran player in the Automotive industry. We are at the cornerstone of turning around the organization into a high-growth mobility company, developing own-brand product and investing in technologies. We are looking for a passionate and driven new graduate to join our Strategy team as a Junior Analyst who will help the team build strategic insights, plans and drive growth initiatives. Reports to Office of Managing Director (OMD) Job Description 1.Gather and analyze external & internal data to evaluate business performance. 2.Research and analyze market trends and industry competition. 3.Support team on drafting corporate strategy plan, policies, targets and KPIs achievement. 4.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives to ensure that targets are met. 5.Follow up and generate report on strategic project progress and targets. 6.Organize the Management monthly meeting, taking minutes of meetings and follow up assignments. 7.Support and monitor the policy deployment and performance management process.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree (Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)
0-3 years of work experience
Eager to learn
Logical and analytical mind with strong numerical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good planning, organizing & team player – work well with others
Creative and good problem solver
Able to compile, organize and analyze data from a variety sources and add insights to the report
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint), able to create data dashboard or Power BI is preferred
English requirement: Excellent Reading, Good writing, Basic speaking
