Job Descriptions
- จัดการข้อมูลด้านบัญชี บันทึกข้อมูลรายได้-ข้อมูลรายจ่ายของบริษัท - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชี - ทำเอกสาร Invoice – Receipt และบันทึกข้อมูลการซื้อขาย เอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ตรวจสอบหลักฐานการเงิน และจัดทำอนุมัติการเบิก-จ่ายเงินตามอำนาจดำเนินการของบริษัท - สรุปข้อมูลบัญชีประจำเดือน - ดูแลงานด้านจัดซื้อ ข้อมูล vender บริษัท - ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร - สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานบัญชี-ธุรการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  2. จบปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
  3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  4. สามารถทำงานเป็นระบบ
  5. มีไหวพริบ กระตือรือร้น ชอบการเรียนรู้
  6. มีความขยัน ทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
  7. ใช้โปรแกรม FlowAccount, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word ในระดับดี
  8. บุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
