Job Descriptions•Cost comparison according to company cost model policy to find the most competitive rate from carrier, airline, co-loader, overseas agents, Customs clearance, regulatory affairs, domestic truck and others vendor or supplier which will be concerned with customer job
•Control pricing model related to company strategies and policy
•Manage Cost, Pricing and Quotation Center
•Manage all vendor and supplier by creating good relationship within company networks in both global and domestic (Joining Global Conference sometimes – If any)
•Supporting the Sales team (Business Development) in pricing, preparing quotations and estimates for contract negotiations, supporting the negotiation process.
•Work closely with the Business Development on common / recurrent service issues and provide improvements / solutions
•Flexibility of ideas to transfer risk management into alternative solutions to ensure any service disruption could be recovered smoothly
•Follow up, Maintain and Monitoring company service level to ensure good quality of services to customers.
•Establish and strengthen good relationship to company network, carrier including Business development team and related departments.
•Create a daily report and able to conclude the summary status of each job
•Meet KPIs target and report
