Job Descriptions
•Report
-Retrieving data to summarize daily sales
-Sales report summary in all stores, monthly overview (V9)
-Stock summary report by store.
-Submit weekly stock by store vs PU stock to AM &BA.
-Submit monthly overview MBR report(ppt)
-Data retrieval about sales by product, by cat.by BA , KPI for report summary to Retail manager.
-Execute coordination, update information, coordinate with Monline, One Siam App, Firster
-Extract data to analyze product sales : slow move, oos, aging
•Sales Forecast
-Estimating the number of sales by SKU as budget per Channel.
•General Assistant
-Coordinate with department store, purchasing dept. about rental information and keep rental data.
-Assist to manage the rental contract document to be complete.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business Administration or a related field may be advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in sales management in retail business or data analysis skill.
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel & Power point
- Knowledge of SAP
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and dynamic, initiative with good analytical skill.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skill
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous
- Able to work under pressure and Can-do attitude
