Job Descriptions

• Follow up KPI & Target. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of purchasing trends, practices, and procedures. • Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings or improved quality. • Analyze supplier proposals, negotiating prices and terms as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for the company. • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department, including supervising staff and overseeing the workflow. • Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and pricing information. • Assist in the development of annual budgets for the purchasing department. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Male / Female, age 32-38 years, Thai Nationality.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or similar role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Good command in English, can use Chinese language to communicate will be an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation (Cost Analysis, Benchmark, Sourcing New Model), and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience leading and managing a team of buyers.
Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and other employees to ensure that the company’s needs are met and that the purchasing team is working efficiently.
