Job Descriptions

The DOP Project Coordinator reports to Project Manager. His/ her role includes coordinating with concerned parties to support Lazada Express Drop Off Point expansion. The team is expected to ensure that all items responsible have been picked up and proceed in committed timeline. • Initiate daily, weekly, and annual work plan related to Drop Off Point Expansion Project running properly • Develop DOP guideline related to service standard and training needs • Support in the process of DOP contracting, implementation, payment, and also DOP materials • Provide technical support for Drop Off Point in regards to daily operation activities • Coordinate with internal services to share seller’s or DOP feedback then request technical and process improvements • Report DOP productivity performance daily and monthly basis. • Conduct the survey and report the result to concerned departments to enhance DOP seller experiences

Qualifications

Bachelor degree graduated in related field
Minimum 3 years experiences in training or sales field
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
Fast learner, assertive and proactive
Key skills required: Communication and problem-solving Skill
