•Management of safe (important document, cash, Gasoline card) •Purchasing request PR control (Purchasing water, paper, stationary, diesel) •Control & manage security guard properly. •Fuel consumption summarizing. •Cash arrangement and control of arranging cash cheque. •Facility repairment documents control. •Control of company car. •Management of subcontracts. •CCTV Management. •Control main cash and petty cash.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Have experience in administrative more than 3 years.
Good command in English.
Familiar with PC Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point presentation is a must)
