Job Descriptions
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า และนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาการบริการของผู้ขับอย่างต่อเนื่อง - ดูแลและตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมผู้ขับให้อยู่ในระเบียบและข้อบังคับการเป็นผู้ขับรถร่วมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของ Deliveree - พิจารณาข้อร้องเรียนจากผู้ขับ และอนุมัติการชดเชยตามความเหมาะสม - ชี้แจงกฎระเบียบและบทลงโทษต่างๆ กับผู้ขับ - ร่วมเสนอแนะและแก้ไขปรับปรุงกฎระเบียบของผู้ขับ - สรุปผลการทำงานประจำสัปดาห์ - ประเมินผลพฤติกรรมโดยรวมผู้ขับ เพื่อแจ้งข้อเสนอแนะกับฝ่ายอบรมผู้ขับสำหรับการพัฒนาการอบรมผู้ขับต่อไป - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า
  3. มีทัศนคติการทำงานที่ดี มีความอดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  4. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสื่อสารได้เข้าใจง่ายและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. มีความคิดเป็นระบบ และสามารถวางแผนงานได้
  7. มีเหตุมีผล สามารถประเมินสถานการณ์และพิจารณาเหตุการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าและผู้ขับได้
  8. ปรับตัวง่าย ต้องการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และสนใจการทำงานในบริษัทสตาร์ทอัพ
  9. ใช้งาน Microsoft Office, Google Drive และอีเมลเบื้องต้นได้
