Job Descriptions
- Planning for purchasing to meet the customers' needs.
- Procurement of food products, frozen food, precooked, condiments or food ingredients.
- Study the new trend of product and consumer markets.
- Search and select new suppliers to improve product quality.
- Arrange purchase documents, including follow-up and inspection of product delivery and product receipt
- Coordinate with the other department such as sales team, marketing team and warehouse team to estimate and monitor the inventory control to meet the sales demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business or related field
- 2-5 years' experience in purchasing/sourcing for fresh/dried food, meat, food ingredients, seasoning, beverage and bakery would be an advantage
- Have an experience in Food Service will be a plus.
- Good command in English.
