Job Descriptions
Job Description:
1. Control the production process to maximize its capacity correctly while meeting standard operating.
2. Maximize the efficiency of production line.
3. Review and create working procedures in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
4. Manage and control production activities to achieve timely production plan.
5. Coordinate the preparation of equipment, manpower availability prior to production.
6. Review documents related to production plans.
7. Establish and implement rigorous QA and QC standards at all stages of production.
8. Review and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being.
9. Ensure finished products comply with the quality specification.
10.Set and monitor production KPI's in line with company objectives
11.Encourage, supervise and appraise human resources for the working environment of 5S, Line Balance , etc.
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing company,
- Bachelor degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and experience in a team-oriented environment is required
- Must have a service mind, proactive with the ability to perform well under pressure in a limited time frame
- Good computer skills
- Good command of English.
