Job Descriptions

1.Responsibility for planning the work of department to flow the operation by division policy. 2.Improvement plan and set standard for inspection, Improvement equipment plan and developed to support the production process, Training plan, Reduce production cost plan 3.Plan, manage ,reorganization and make budget plan within the department to be flexible to report 4.Guide and decision coaching for implement to quality achieve target. 5.Coordinate and control plan to work responsible and solving the problem within the Plan achive report department and coordinate with concern department to achieve target 6.Control the production process and Outgoing inspecting products according to the QA system.Outgoing sampling report 7.Control and monitoring the new products before mass productionDR 4 report 8.Control ,monitoring, and coordinate about quality problems that occur in production process.FTR report 9.Control ,monitoring and coordinate about calibration instrument plan of department.Calibration plan 10.Control and plan the product performance testing to evaluate and assure product qualityAC lab sampling report for new models, finish goods product, minor change the product and sampling performance test. 11.To control and monitoring about service call rate quality problem by count the service claim and Market Quality complaint report.(Count on all market claims and complaints list from service compliant report 12.To control and monitoring checking the Incoming rejects part by production process and FTR report target is not over target. 13.To control the quality of product and defect by consider the quantity of packing minus total defect units until packing Line

Qualifications

Bechelor's degree or higher in any related field.
Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic engieering,Industrial engineering
At least 5 years experiences QC or QA,At least 2 years experiences as manager
Good command of English、Ability to work under pressure and high responsibility
