Job Descriptions
-คัดกรองและบ่มเพาะ lead ลูกค้าจากช่องทางต่างๆเช่น LINEOA/โทรศัพท์/แบบฟอร์มหน้าเว็บไซต์ตามคุณสมบัติที่ทางบริษัทกำหนด -ส่งต่อ lead ที่คัดกรองแล้วอย่างไร้รอยต่อให้ทีม AE เพื่อแนะนำสินค้า/ปิดการขาย (ทำงานเป็นทีม) -ติดตาม/วัดผลประสิทธิภาพของ lead ลูกค้าที่ติดต่อเข้ามาในแต่ละเดือน -ติดต่อทำนัดเบื้องต้นกับลูกค้าที่ผ่านคุณสมบัติให้ทีม AE เข้าพบเพื่อนำเสนอสินค้า/บริการ -ลงบันทึกข้อมูล lead ทั้งหมดในระบบ CRM เพื่อใช้ในการบริการดูแลลูกค้า/วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล/ประสานงานกับทีม AE -ทำตามเป้า KPI ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (เช่น จำนวน Qualified leads/เดือน, จำนวนนัดหมายที่นัดได้/เดือน) ***มีค่า commission พิเศษกรณีส่งต่อ lead ที่ผ่านคุณสมบัติให้ทีม AE และ ทีม AE สามารถปิดการขายได้***
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ไม่ระบุสาขา)
  3. ยินดีรับบุคลากรจบใหม่ที่มีความสนใจในงานขายหรือบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 1-3 ปี
  4. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในการขายหรือดูแลลูกค้าธุรกิจ/องค์กร (B2B) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารดีเยี่ยม (โทร/พิมพ์)
  6. มี Service mind ที่ดีมากในการดูแลลูกค้า
  7. มีความมุ่งมั่น ขยัน ชอบความท้าทาย
  8. สามารถทำงานตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้และสามารถทำงานภายใต้การกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ (teamwork)
  10. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้-ดี (พูด/อ่าน/เขียน)
  11. มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office (Word/Powerpoint/Excel) ในระดับที่ดี
