Job Descriptions
* Lead series production VHP, VNP connector molding, SOP, Ramp up and follow up OEE, C/T, productivity, scrap reduction and monitor production process to meet quality, cost and output * Support new model set up from SE-teamwork until SOP in HmjP, MAE, tooling and document preparation * Lead capacity enhancement of existing product including MAE and tooling * Cooperate with cross functional team BPS, quality activities of manufacturing and HSE safety * Leading improvement projects such as RPP and system CIP * Participation and initiate/support of engineering change request (ECR preparation and revision) * Leading new part number release for existing product family following series production release and ITAF standard * Frequently reporting, communication to lead plant and dealing with external suppliers * Preparation of production documents and working standard (e.g. work instructions, test instruction, etc.) * Create, review and revise for correction P-FMEA, control plan including error proofing development for specific area * Support internal and external audit such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and safety audit * Lead/Support 8D activity and customer request
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree with engineering background or related field
  2. Good communication skills in English
  3. Experience in manufacturing series production in automotive business, molding technology or polymer
  4. Experience in Plastic injection process at least 3 years
  5. Intercultural skill working with foreigners
  6. Willingness to travel oversea
  7. Cost-focus mindset
  8. Continuous improvement mindset
  9. Advance problem-solving skill
