Job Descriptions

- Communicate with customer under account of responsibility under Commercial and Technical - Prepare techno commercial quotation for customers under account of responsibility - Receive and confirm customer orders according to suitable production balance capacity - Co-ordinate with Non-Ferrous Department for Copper Fixation - Co-ordinate with Sales Admins to produce Proforma Invoice and ensure the orders put into correct production plan - Weekly monitor production plan and fabricate plan in co-ordination with Planning Department in order to acheive customer On Time Delivery - Collect payments from customers following AR Pending and weekly report Area Manager - Prepare inquiry record and weekly summarize the report to Area Manager - Screen out non-standard inquiry and Fabricated Inquiry, collect minimum content of specifications and drawings. File the SPD and FRI inquiries to R&D Department - Co-ordinate with R&D and Fabricate department on the fabricate part to ensure OC having capability - Co-ordinate with R&D and Fabricate department on the fabricate part to ensure OC having capability and determine the production process step.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in International business, Economic, Engineering or related fields.
At least 2 years experience in Export Sales, Sales Engineer, International Marketing or related fields.
Able to handle customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Good Communication and Presentation skill.
Excellent Communication in English.
Able to operate MS office for communication and presentation product or project.
Good knowledge of ISO/ISO 9001:2008,ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 or any related field.
