1. เตรียมแผนงานสำหรับการผลิตแหวน (ลูกสูบ, ไรเดอร์และแหวนกันรั่ว) Prepare the process sheet for rings (piston,rider & packing) fabrication 2. ควบคุมระดับสต็อกของบุชชิ่งให้พอดีกับความต้องการของ บริษัท ของเรา Control the bushing stock level to fit with company requirements 3. คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และประสานงานกับฝ่ายตรวจสอบคุณภาพเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่จัดส่งของเราจะมีคุณภาพดีที่สุด Control the products quality and coordinate with QA Dept. to ensure that our shipped products will have the best quality 4. ดูแลทีมผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์คอมเพรสเซอร์ Supervise production team for compressor components 5. พัฒนาทีมให้มีทักษะมากขึ้นและฝึกอบรมให้มีทักษะในการทำงานหลายอย่างรวมทั้งการพัฒนาส่วนประกอบ R & D ของคอมเพรสเซอร์Develop the team to have more skills and train them to have multitasked skills puls R&D of compressor components 6. การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อลดของเสียในการผลิต (ลดต้นทุน)Continuous improvement to reduce waste in production (cost reduction) 7. ในขณะเดียวกันฉันยังคงช่วยจัดการบัญชีไม่กี่บัญชีธุรกิจ NGV และบางจากปิโตรเลียม In the meantime,I still help to handle a few accounts, NGV business and bangchak Petroleum. 8. สนับสนุนทีมขายสำหรับปัญหาด้านเทคนิค Support Sales team for technical issues. 9. หากต้องการพบกับลูกค้าบางรายหากฝ่ายขายต้องการการสนับสนุนคำอธิบายทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า To meet with some customer if Sales need my support for technical explanation to customers. 10. พัฒนาตนเองให้ได้รับความรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับคอมเพรสเซอร์Develop myself to gain more knowledge about compressor parts and application 11. เอกสารเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับระบบ ISO Documentation to comply with ISO system 12. ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย Handle other job

Qualifications

ต้องอ่านแบบได้ Shall be to read a drawing
มีความรู้ในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน Have the Knowledge of ISO 9001, Safety and Environment in the workplace.
สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เท่านั้น Good in English communication Only.
ทักษะในการประสานงาน Good at Coordinate skills.
ทักษะในการสั่งงาน สอนงาน ติดตามงาน Skill of training & coaching including the job follow up
มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ Leader ship skills
ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้ Good at MS office.
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี Good relationship
สามารถขับรถยนต์และมีใบอนุญาต Have a car license an be able to drive
