Job DescriptionsRole & Responsibilities
•Driving sales activities and program to meet individual planned sales goals.
•Finding leads and always looking for new leads or new ideas to engage IC agents and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
•Arranging, conducting, and overseeing the activities and sales performance by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training.
•Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
•Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
•Support identified sales gaps/issues with ability to execute the assigned solutions or sales idea of ULP and medical riders (health and critical illness) to achieve sales target.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in economics, marketing, business, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Agency Sales Management in Insurance business, Insurance Sales training, Distribution & Sales Strategy and build the Insurance penetration (Preferable)
- Strong knowledge in Life insurance and Wealth & Protection products
- Investment Consultant License (IC) is a must
- Experience in Unit Linked and Medical Rider (Health & CI) Product is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially MS Excel
- Strong communication skill & interpersonal skill
- Good Command in English both verbal and written is advantage
- Able to travel and work across BKK and other assigned areas
