Job Descriptions

- Checking the invoice and the bill placement after billing to customer. - Entering bills date and payment date on excel sheet control. - Issuring receipt/tax invoices for Ocean freight job. - Following up and checking on behalf payment of Deposit from shipping line. - Checking and confirming the date of reciveing money from the customers. - Completing the invoice date on invoice worksheet via drive U. - Issuing PRV/RRO on AX program. - Separating receipt/tax invoice and distributing to customer.

Qualifications

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or other related fields.
Have at least 2 years working experience in finance.
Good computer and English skills.
