Job Descriptions
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate and timely information
- Assist customers in resolving issues
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions. Communicate clearly and empathetically to provide exceptional customer service.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed, while ensuring customers are kept informed of the progress.

Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
- สามารถทำงาน 5 วันหยุด 2 วันได้ (วันหยุดอาจจะไม่ตรงเสาร์อาทิตย์)
- ต้องได้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
