Report to: Senior Sales Manager Subordinate: Sales Executive (1 person) Workday: Monday- Friday (8:30 – 17:30) / Work From Anywhere Key Responsibilities: - Develop new opportunities and establish professional long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with key account customers. - Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to build new products. - Responsible for sales target, gross margin, sales forecasting, monitoring sales performance, and all claims’ issues as needed. - Conduct and analyze the monthly sales performance review report and meeting. - Motivate, coach, and guide the team's performance by validating the effectiveness of sales activities, product knowledge, presentation skills, and feedback on areas of improvement. - Other tasks assigned by the Management Team.

Qualifications

Thai nationality, age 35-45 years old, Open for any gender
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
At least 8 - 10 years of experience in progressive Sales and Marketing, including Supervisor or Manager level.
Having experience in selling kraft & corrugated paper
Having skills in Sales Presentation, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management.
Good Command of English. (Intermediate)
Having a personal car with a driving License.
