Job Descriptions
- Coordinate with all concern to support customer requirement and request.
- Responsible to quality assurance activities in the factory.
- Analysis root cause and action when found the issue.
- Lead to follow up and submit 8D report to customer.
- Manage customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Requirement and VDA6.3.
- Experience in automotive field / Quality background.
- Good command in English.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, fast learner and willing to work hard.
