Job Descriptions
• ดูแลทีม Agent non-voice ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามเป้าหมาย • สอนและให้คำแนะนำวิธีการทำงานแก่ Agent non-voice ตามมาตราฐานการทำงาน • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย **ทำงาน - 5 days/week shift Base ช่วงเวลาทำงาน - 7.00 A.M. - 7.00 P.M.
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 27 – 40 ปี
  2. วุฒืการศึกษา ม.6 ปวช. ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
  3. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในงานดูแลทีม Call Center หรือ Chat
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ โดยเฉพาะการเขียน
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและจับใจความได้ดี วิเคราะห์ได้
