Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for sales/market share to meet domestic sales targets
2. Help Chinese retail store managers complete the national enterprise
standardization process. and organize R&R and SOP optimization.
3. Track progress towards achieving goals in each region. Managing staff
organization in the organization and giving advice on work.
4. Manage recruitment planning and promote market access
5. Develop stores and expand local coverage
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Admin, Operation Management, or related discipline At least 3 -5 years of direct experience.
- Experience in handling retail stores mobile phone operations.
- Good analytical ability, effective presentation skill and leadership traits.
- Very Good interpersonal and Communications skills.
- Results oriented and have the ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined.
- requirements in dynamic environment.
