Job Descriptions
- Work closely with line manager and all department to meet their needs by designs, implements and monitor HR policy and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. - Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Works closely with management and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. - Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. - Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in political sciences, human resources management, psychology or related field
  2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR in manufacturing business are preferable
  3. Working knowledge of multiple human resources, including compensation, organizational development, employee relations and employment laws
  4. Can resolve complex employee relations issues
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  6. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Good command of English, both spoken and written
  8. Able to work at Takanto, Kalasin
