Job Descriptions

-Install, Reinstall, and Clone OS. -Install, Update, and Uninstall Software. -Setup Computer and Peripheral devices. -Setup Printer, IP Phone, Projector, UPS, Video Conference. -Microsoft Office, Office 365 troubleshooting. -Computer and Peripheral, OS, and Standard Software troubleshooting. -Basic verify and troubleshooting on Network Switch. -Add or replace RAM, Hard disk. -Virus scan and clean. (Base on the Customer's tools) -Coordinate with Vendor to repair damaged or replace equipment. -Optimize PC. (Base on the Customer's tools) -Backup and Restore Client. (Base on the Customer's tools) -Logging and follow up tickets. -Any IT related task as assigned.

Qualifications

Male Age 23-30 years.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
Be familiar with Windows, MS Office or Office 365
Understanding of the OSI Model (At least Understanding of TCP/IP)
Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
At least 6 months experience in IT Support function or related.
**Contract 1 Year(renewable contract)**
