Job Descriptions
A leading manufacturer specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality industrial equipment. Products: Parts Feeders, Vibrating Equipment, Controllers, Semiconductor-related Manufacturing Equipment 1. Planning, controlling, and checking accounts payable and accounts receivable. 2. Control account closure and prepare reports. 3. Prepare accounting information to present to executives (Japanese) 4. Examine the documents for clearing the advance loan/petty cash advance. 5. Examine the supporting documents for the creditor payment certificate according to the payment cycle. 6. Prepare a list of monthly financial statement adjustments. 7. Prepare details for the financial statements, chapters 1-3, assets, and liabilities. 8. Quarterly Audit Account 9. Inspect and prepare accounting documents for executives. 10. Verify tax return Por Por. 30 to be submitted to the Revenue Department and examine Por Por. 01- 44 documents, 11. Closing statement. 12. Budget management.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, age not over 40 years old
  2. Bachelor of Accounting with CPD License
  3. Have work experience in factory accounting
  4. Good command of English with conversational level (able to write Email)
  5. Experience working in a Japanese factory
