Job Descriptions
- Visit Key customers periodically also make a visit to problem customers together with / without distributor.
- Manage and drive Distributor and Sales team performance to achieve sales out target with identified gap closing
- Provide weekly forecast for responsible Distributor
- Achieve KPI target with identify individual action plan to deliver results
- Accomplish business objectives; develop routing with increasing new calls. Coach Distributor salesman to implement and deliver outstanding results. Provide market data to ASM and execute in market
- Provide annual update for customer profile
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Build a strong partnership and strong collaboratively working relationship
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถบริหารจัดการด้านการขายลูกค้ารายใหญ่
- มีประการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
