Job Descriptions
- บริหารจัดการพื้นที่เช่าศูนย์การค้า ทำสัญญา ต่อสัญญาเช่าต่างๆ - ประสานงานและอำนวยความสะดวกร้านค้า เตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อเสนอขายพื้นที่เช่า - โน้มน้าว จูงใจ ให้ร้านค้ามีความมั่นใจและตัดสินใจเช่าพื้นที่ - สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันให้มีความพึงพอใจกับบริการของบริษัท รวมถึงการช่วยเหลือ/แก้ปัญหาได้รวดเร็ว - ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกเรื่องแบบพื้นที่ การออกแบบ ตกแต่ง น้ำ ไฟฟ้า ในพื้นที่ทั้งหมด
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารงานทั่วไป การจัดการ การตลาดหรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการประสานงานขาย การบริหารพื้นที่เช่าในศูนย์การค้า
  3. มีความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้ ทั้งการฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียน
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี ทั้งการฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet ได้ดี
  6. มีความสามารถในการติดต่อและประสานงาน
