Job Descriptions

•Responsible for submission of relevant government documentation and administration of records. •Assists in the development of plans for those commodities that are assigned as primary responsibility. •In conjunction with project management, business, sourcing, and requisitioners: solicits and analyzes quotations, selects successful suppliers/contractors and completes purchases within set boundaries. •Procures equipment, materials, and engineering and construction services from approved suppliers at the lowest evaluated cost, consistent with considerations of quality, reliability and delivery. •Uses management control tools and provides feedback to sourcing and business stakeholders. •Be a key contact for suppliers, engineering, operations, and project management for assigned commodities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2-3 years in Purchasing
Fair English skill, Good computer skills and experience in excel, word and SAP system
Good attitude and service mind
