Job Descriptions

1. Acting as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, including product owner, business users and management 2. Overseeing Software development project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. 3. Providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed. This includes code reviews, architecture decisions, and selecting the appropriate technologies for projects. 4. Ensuring the quality of the software developed by the team through rigorous testing, continuous integration, and deployment practices. 5. Addressing technical challenges, resolving conflicts within the team, and ensuring the team can overcome obstacles to deliver solutions effectively. 6. Innovation and Improvement: Encouraging innovation and seeking opportunities to improve processes, technologies, and team performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer field (Computer Science, Information Technology, software engineering etc.) or relevant fields.
At least 5 years of experience in programming areas (Web application) and 3 years of experience in a team lead.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and software development frameworks. Understand with DevOps practices and modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication skills, and experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
Have experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good problem-solving and Analytical thinking
