Qualifications

At least 3+ years’ experience (open to discussion if less but relevant experience).
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Functional expertise – retail, WMS/TMS/OMS systems experience is required
Experience using Zendesk ticket system, JIRA, or similar (training available if no experience)
Require English communication (writing and speaking – conversational level)
Able to shift work 24/7
Can use SQL for querying
Familiar with online sales channel, picking and transport services.
Familiar with Pick pack, inventory, shopping, delivery application
