Job Descriptions
Core Roles & Responsibilities 1.Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment process to achieve target consistently & consecutively. 2.Prepare report in order to update progress of recruitment i.e. monthly, quarterly and yearly. 3.Assist in Employee Branding & Corporate Culture Embedding.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences or related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment practices and procedures.
  3. Experience in Corporate HR Office or food business would be an advantage.
  4. Proactive, energetic, and passion to work for success.
  5. Strong leadership & communication skills.
  6. Good command of English both spoken & written and computer literacy.
