ลักษณะงาน
  • แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคอลที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบ จากซอฟต์แวร์ จากอุปกรณ์ หรือผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกันกับทีม
  • ตอบคำถามลูกค้าทางด้านเทคนิคอล การใช้งานเชิงลึกเช่นการตั้งค่าในระบบ การปรับตั้งค่าระบบให้รองรับการใช้งานที่ลูกค้าต้องการ, ให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยออกแบบระบบ Cloud ให้กับลูกค้า
  • ดูแลระบบของลูกค้าให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น ติดตั้งระบบมอนิเตอร์ และทำการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นโดยเร็วที่สุด หรือ ประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องโดยเร็วที่สุด
  • ดูแลและปรับปรุงระบบ Server และ Infrastructure ให้ใช้งานได้ราบรื่น และมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • ทำการติดตั้งระบบ OS ลงบนเครื่องเมื่อมีการเพิ่มเครื่องเข้าสู่ระบบ
  • ปรับปรุง/พัฒนา ระบบการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นเช่น documentation, tools, flow ในการทำงาน
  • ประสานงานกับ partners ต่างๆ
    • Qualifications
    1. รู้จักและเคยใช้งาน Container มาก่อนเช่น Docker, LXC, OpenVZ
    2. รู้จักและเคยใช้งานเครื่องมือสำหรับการทำ orchestration เช่น Kubernetes , Docker Swarm
    3. รู้จักและเคยใช้งาน Ansible
    4. มีความหลงไหลในเทคโนโลยี Cloud Infrastructure / System / Security
    5. มีประสบการณ์การออกแบบระบบที่รองรับการ Scale หรือมีทราฟฟิกขนาดใหญ่
    6. มีประสบการณ์ในใช้งาน Cloud มาก่อน
    7. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้าน network เบื้องต้น สามารถ config อุปกรณ์ network
    8. หากมีความรู้ในเรื่องของ development จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
    9. ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
    10. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Server, System, Linux 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
