- จัดการงานเอกสารต่างๆภายในแผนก เช่น Invoice, PO, Quotation, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน.
- จัดเก็บเอกสารต่างๆให้เป็นระบบ
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารต่างๆให้ถูกต้อง
- จัดทำรายงาน

Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน ธุรการ ประสานงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (Word, Excel)
- บุคลิกดี สุภาพเรียบร้อย
- ละเอียด รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ
