Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
•Being responsible for all marketing activities including timelines, marketing budget and margin control.
•Being responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, competitors, and market dynamics.
•Finding new ways or opportunities of generating revenues and business growth.
•Planning and implementing all marketing activities online and offline for the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing or any related field.
- At Least 3 years experiences in Real Estate Marketing.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
- Initiative/Creative/Proactive.
- Knowledge in Architecture and Landscape.
