Job Descriptions

-Planning for purchasing to meet the customers' needs. -Procurement of food products, frozen food, precooked, condiments or food ingredients. -Consider opening in the morning as requested. -Consider suppliers of imported products and submit them to supervisors for approval. -Open product codes, vendor codes, and document various systems. -Study the new trend of product and consumer markets. -Search and select new suppliers to improve product quality. -Arrange purchase documents, including follow-up and inspection of product delivery and product receipt. -Coordinate with the other department such as sales team, marketing -team and warehouse team to estimate and monitor the inventory control to meet the sales demand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business or related field.
5 years' experience in purchasing/sourcing for fresh/dried food, meat, food ingredients, seasoning, beverage and bakery would be an advantage.
English command is very good.
Working on alternate Saturdays.
Work Time 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
