Job Descriptions

1. Ability to set daily/weekly/monthly goals, communicating them effectively to employees. 2. Supervise team to achieve the daily production performance. 3. Control the injection process and provide training and educational materials to operators. 4. Analytical skills to monitor production output and suggest improvements. 5. Submit reports on performance and progress. 6. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. 7. Reduce defective and increase the efficiency of process.

Qualifications

Male / Age 28-35 years old
Bachelor degree or Diploma degree
Experience in plastic injection 3-5 years up.
Over 5 years in injection process, injection production and understand the injection machine. - 2-3 years of experience in Leader level - Can work in Night shift and Day shift - Good communication in English
