Job Descriptions

1.Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies and plans to enhance visibility, transparency, and understanding of our company among investors, analysts, and financial institutions. 2.Prepare and distribute quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other financial communications materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 3.Organize and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and engagement with external stakeholders. 4.Maintain investor databases and contact lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on shareholders, analysts, and other key stakeholders. 5.Studying the organization’s objectives, promotional policies, and need to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products and services. 6.Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders’ report for both internal and external audiences. 7.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of investor relations activities with broader corporate objectives. 8.Stay informed about relevant regulatory developments and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to disclosure requirements and best practices in investor communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related fields within the corporate or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with investor relations software and platforms.
