Job Descriptions
1. จัดเก็บและบันทึกข้อมูลเอกสารต่าง ๆ ของฝ่ายผลิต ให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
2. จัดทำและสรุปรายงานต่าง ๆ ของฝ่ายผลิต
3. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเอกสาร ได้แก่ ใบข้อร้องเรียนลูกค้า , NCR , ใบแจ้งซ่อม เป็นต้น
4. ดูแลเอกสารตามระบบ ISO และมาตรฐานอื่น ๆ ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ให้เป็นปัจจุบันและสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด
5. รายงานปัญหาการทำงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบทุกครั้ง
6. ปฏิบัติให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ISO9001 , ISO14001 , มอก. , 5ส. เป็นต้น
7. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศ : ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ : 22-35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปวช.หรือเทียบเท่า
