Job Descriptions
1.Developing trade plan specifically for e-commerce channel including developing trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies 2.Develop and formulate channel strategy and execution plan for each platform 3.Develop trade marketing plan initiative, idea, and innovation 4.Monitor and evaluate trade promotion program effectiveness 5.Monitor and control total trade spend for assigned categories and channels 6.Develop practical and relevant presentations and tools for sales team to use to support base business as well as new products and re-launches 7.Coordinate with sales team to develop account plan and category management 8.Jointly develop specific key account promotion activity 9.Designing materials to effectively meet the campaign objective and result 10.Analyze sales data, off take, scanned data, and proactively develop action plan to facilitate the sales growth 11.Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments relevant to retail trade planning. 12.Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation. 13.Utilize market research data and insights to make data-driven trade planning decisions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administrative, or relvant areas
  2. At least 3 years of experiences as Trade Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, etc.
  3. Hands on Modern trade and Traditional trade in FMCG products is a plus
  4. Strong at Analyze skill, Business planning and Business strategy, Project Management
  5. Good at numerical for create promotion, campaign, sales forecast
  6. Initiative, proactive, result driven, team work attitude
