Job Descriptions
Recruitment and Staffing: • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs. • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates. •Develop innovative and creative strategies to reach passive candidates. •Manage job postings and advertisements to maximize visibility and response rates. •Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements. •Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in the position. •Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidate suitability. •Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights. •Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and guidance. •Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary. •Coordinate pre-employment checks, references, and other screening processes. •Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into their roles. •Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights. •Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and guidance. Employee Relations: •Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. •Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively. •Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees or departments. •Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Training and Development: •Arrange training course both internal training and public training as planned and both ad-hoc and according to the plan •Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars. •Coordinate and submit reports and documents to
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5 Years of solid experience in human resources management and at least 2 Years of experience in a similar capacity as human resources Supervisor in the retail industry
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive HR initiatives
  4. Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  5. Strong knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management
  6. Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership.
  8. Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
  9. Computer proficient, especially in using MS Excel
  10. Excellent relationship-building skills across levels of management.
  11. Good command in Thai and English.
  12. Flexibility in terms of working hours
